I’m sorry but I have to respectfully disagree, while yes I would love to see the Harry Potter cast return the cursed child is a quite awful story and just wouldn’t translate well into film, in my opinion or headcanon it doesn’t even exist. i remember standing in line on opening night, first book in hand, dressed as harry potter with a friend dressed as ron and a friend dressed as hermione next to me. My dad read the first book book to me in 1st grade and i went to go see the movie in 2nd grade. i feel so grateful to have known the harry potter world from a young, but conscious age because not only has it shaped my way of viewing my day to day life, but it allows me to escape this cruel world every once in a while and immerse myself in the wizarding world. i have so many wonderful memories with these books and movies. i dont know what i would do without them.

I still can't get over everytime I come across a post/video related to HP. I reall wished I was born early 2000's so this tears would be worth it. Real kudos to jk rowling for making this book and for the cast. You all did an amazing job, I would love harry potter, always. Now, mischief managed.

Hermione Granger : I completely agree with yu.,.... Harry Potter has always been an influential part of my life, it is and it will always be.!!!! Harry Potter had been ( and still is) a part of my childhood like many other kids or people of other age groups. Seriously, without this casting group the characters of J.K Rowling's book, it wouldn't have affected our childhood all the way along.. Every cast and crew members, most of all J.K Rowling, had done an incredibly hard work to achieve this success..... They are a family. They are such amazing person and after the 10 years they spent together really showed us all that family isn’t always blood, Emma, Helena, Tom, Rupert, Dan, Alan...all of them are one big family and i cant believe we watched them grow up through a screen but still understand them like more then just actors, we didn’t only watch them grow up but we grew up with them and watching all of these things makes me tear up still they brought us and eachother the joy we needed and for that we can’t thank them enough, Harry Potter brings me so much happiness it’s a place to escape from our problems and i quote this, ‘Whether you come back by the books or big screen Hogwarts will always be there to welcome you home.’

Whenever I hear the Potter theme... or see Hedwig... or a simple piece of dialogue, etc when I see a Potter film, makes me cry ..... my mum never understands why.... She will never understand....So many emotions & MEMORIES attached. A whole fucking childhood attached! Takes me instantly back to the days when I was waiting for my own letter to arrive as a child, wearing a witch hat and cloak in my room, putting owl stickers on my school stuff and believing magic can be real... I knew it wasn't, but we could pretend back then... And today, I still like to pretend sometimes. I've never lost the child in me. And realizing that I'm kind of the same as back then when I heard the Potter music for the first time, makes me so emotional and happy and proud of myself. Proud I've never lost myself in this crazy, cruel world. I can not only always return to Hogwarts, but to the true me.
