Difficult to answer if you've only seen the movies as he's really only on screen for about 30 seconds, and the way Hagrid says his name it sounds like "Hello there friend", not "Hello there Firenze". But it's a pretty easy one for book readers as he's in 4 of the books and becomes the Divination Teacher from book 5 onwards. I wish I was the one answering, I could name it before it came up 😂
