It is nice to see that another younger person collects Department 56! I have great memories with the villages. My family has been collecting D56 ever since my grandma owned a small town gift shop! I mainly collect the Snow Villages. I too set them up every year around the holidays! Such great memories! I can't wait to see your final display! Xx

Some things I would love to see: Buildings - 1. Transfiguration Courtyard 2. Honeydukes Characters: 1. Mrytle in either the Girls Bathroom or Prefects Bathroom 2. Seamus, Dean and Neville in either Potions or Charms just after a potion/spell has blown up in Seamus' face 😂

I might be a Christmas village person now... it is SO hard to pick a fav. The three broomsticks is one of my favs but I really love Hagrid figurine and his hut! I think the bridge at Hogwarts would be an amazing addition too. Also, the Triwizards cup maze!

I am running to go purchase some of these! What I would love to see is an entire quiddich pitch, with the stands for each house! That would be amazing! Or something really out of the box they could do is the Goblet of Fire challenges/tasks with the maze etc with the four champions! Love the video! Can't wait to see how you set them up!

The buildings are great but I don’t really know what I think about the figurines, I think I personally want them smaller :) And why did they do the Three broomsticks with snow when all the other pieces are without. I love these. I’ve got both Hogwarts pieces, ollivanders and the three broomsticks so far! I love gringotts so that one might be next. I think a knight bus would be neat, or the shrieking shack with maybe the marauders as figures!

I only need 2 more and then I have the full set! I am a huge collector too, but I don’t open any of my Harry Potter stuff unless I get duplicates! I agree with you... Department 56 needs to do Grimmauld Place and Hogsmead station! They also need to do #4 Privot Dr and Zonkos Joke shop! I love your channel! I have never seen anyone who is as big of a Harry Potter collector as me!! If it has ever been sold, I have it or am searching for it and will get it! Thank God, those aren't puzzles nor Legos. The attention to detail is amazing. I wonder what are those made of, porcelain, ceramic, or what? Those are made by amazing artists who put their skills to mould, paint, and detail those pieces of art. They are the unsung heroes, and are underappreciated.

If you want snow in your village go to the craft store and get what is called snow blanket or if you only want snow in some places and not other places get stuffing for pillows.

I like Hagrid's hut the best! I would move in, in a heart beat! No....unfortunately i have not collected any of the Dept.5. There product line is the best! Possibly a Ministry of Magic with a view from the inside. Thank you so much again for sharing and i cant wait to see your assembled Village! When i was a kid (too long ago) the village i put under our tree was plastic buildings and signs and figurines.....unfortunately our cats loved to knock the little pieces over and nap in the middle of the village! Very beautiful. My mother collects your standard Christmas village, maybe I'll get into villages with this one lol. I was hoping you'd consider doing a video for the most UNDERESTIMATED merch at the Wizarding World of Harry Potter. I'm supposed to be going as soon as we are able to and I have planned everything from my outfit, which wand I'm getting, my daughter's outfit, and even what snacks I want to try, but I have not decided what merch I actually want to get for myself and my 2 year old.

Because of these two videos, I've fallen down the rabbit hole. I have a local gift shop that sells everything Dept 56, so I got a couple of items from there. So far, Great Hall, Clock Tower, Owlry, Ollivander's, Weasley Wizard Wheezes, The Burrow, Three Broomsticks, Harry/Dumbledore, Weasley Twins and Wingardium Leviosa.

1. I have not started collecting this set because they are pretty expensive. (Though I can understand why. They are gorgeous!) 2. My favorite is by far Hogwarts Castle! The Three Broomsticks is a close second. 3. I would love to see them make 12 Grimmauld Place, the Shrieking Shack, the Potter household (maybe the magic hidden one after Voldemort disappeared), and Malfoy Manor.
