I went to Universal to see Potter world when it first opened. Up until then I felt WDW was a 100 and Universal was an 85. My first thought entering HP world was “Disney could NOT do this better!”

I love your channel but...I feel like this video is more of a synopsis of the Harry Potter books/movies than of the Harry Potter World. I was hoping for more details, must dos/must avoids about the HPW, not, "Harry and Hermione did this..." and "Harry and Hermione and Ron did that". You didn't like the Scotch Egg but you liked the fish and chips--I was hoping for more details like that. Thanks for your hard work! The video was still entertaining and fun to watch though!

If you are looking for that, there are tons of other videos with that info on the channel! Lots of great info elsewhere on the channel to help plan a trip, while RTT tends to be more entertainment than education.

It's the best part of Universal, for sure! But Disney offers so much that you can guarantee even the most anti-Disney person in the group will find at least one thing to like. If you're not an obsessed HP fan, then it's just something fun for the day, not something to keep going back to again and again.

Disney cycles through various stages depending on who is running the company. Some of the CEO's spare no expense and some cut every corner they can and it shows. This cycling has allowed others, namely Universal, to catch up and in some areas surpass Disney. Also, Scotch eggs are awesome!

In 2019 we stayed at the hard rock from the seventh through the 12th. The park was beautifully decorated for Christmas. Crowds were very low. The weather was excellent, just requiring longer sleeves after dark. I would definitely go back during that time period again.

Is the land better than WDW? Not even close. Their rides are interesting, if you are skinny and short and can fit on the rides. The butterbeer is great, the food is trash. The merch is average. Better than New Fantasyland but way below Pandora and Galaxy Edge
