I live in Queens and I still have yet to make the subway ride over to the store. I need to get myself ther ASAP after this video. I love that it’s a little more off the beaten tourist path as opposed to being in Times Square. All the little details/props/Easter eggs throughout the store mixed with the photo ops and other experiences make this so much more than JUST A STORE. Thank you for making a video of something new and exciting for all of us, even though the theme parks will NEVER get boring

My mom and I just got back from NYC and we went to the HP store five times while there! The VR experiences are SO cool, I liked both but probably the Chaos at Hogwarts because there was more interaction the entire time! Also, I'm bummed you didn't get the plastic butterbeer cup with your drink - they apparently run out of stock frequently!

There’s a House of Minalima round the corner from the theatre showing Curse in London. It’s fabulous! Tiny footprint, but you climb winding staircases to floor after floor of Minalima memorabilia from Potter films. Their artwork and creativity are phenomenal and one of my very favourite things about the whole Potter universe.

I actually work at the bakery/café that bakes and decorates the cookies (I'm not a baker or decorator and yes it is a separate store in Brooklyn that makes all the sweets there). It is so cool to see someone I watch try something that I have seen being made and sent out. The Sorting Hat cookies are also super cute too! Love your videos Molly! Sad I missed you being in NYC!

We were there in August! It was so much fun! I've never been to Universal so it was really cool to be that immersed in the WWofHP. Loved their butterbeer - it was like cream soda with a butterscotch foam - surprised its not the same. Really fun video!!

Just so you know, there is a very dumb virtual queue line. At 9am they put a QR code on the door and it lets you scan to get a return time. The times run out fast, so if you can’t be there to line up around 8am to get a return time, you likely aren’t getting into the store.

I went to this store in July. I really hope they have a different system for getting in. When I went there was a QR code on the door that people were lining up at 6am to scan. The QR code gave your a return time and the times usually ran out by 8-9am. So tourists had zero chance of getting in. I watched SO many people and especially kids get in line and cry because they couldn’t get in. The ONLY reason I got in is because I literally bought a QR code off of someone. When I left the store I gave my code to a family with a crying kid and they got in too.
