Its a big problem. Phillips and Cole only can Play for 20-30 mins each machtes.

Such an exaggeration to say "he wasn't a good athlete at 15/16"- he was outstanding at 15/16, just maybe not on track to be the world class player he became, but he def was on track to play PL football at a very established level at least, which was 98% of the progress- the margins within the PL are actually very thin, and that is where the work-ethic comes in, plus that extra bit of talent, and Frank did have that bit of technical quality shown by his youth team videos.
