@@TerriblyTactical I just went into the site and selected the singleton version went in the drop-down they only have the regular shield not the plus , I’ve been waiting some months now because it use to say shield 3.1 and shield plus, not just shield 3.1 in the description it says it doesn’t fit the shield plus , you lucky man that holster looks comfy everything rounded out and well thought out

@Keyser Söze shield plus will fit it man I almost guarantee it. Many other standard shield Holsters from different brands fit the plus just fine. There is minimal difference between the two of em.

Nice LOOKING holster, how ever, I want a nice functioning holster, on the Body. How it fits, how it conceals when worn is the only measure of a holster. From your “table top” we have no idea how the holster is when worn! Please but the holster on as part of your review, preferably with light colored clothing, so it can be seen. Thanks for listening.

I bought a S&W Shield Plus earlier this year. I loved it until last week. I have less than 1,000 rounds through the gun and on Sunday, I went to clean it and could not disassemble the gun. I youtubed it and found out the the slide stop spring on the shield plus is exposed just above the takedown lever on inside of frame. It is the only S&W to do this and probably one of the only guns to do this ( terrible idea). There is a little groove that the spring sits in and if it gets out of that groove, it will not allow the user to disassemble the firearm ( the slide will catch on that spring and get jammed). So I contacted S&W and at first they tried to deny the part existed. Then I gave them the part number ( part number 422180000) a user on KZbin mentioned who had same issue and they are mailing me part to take to my gunsmith. They also told me that I should mail the firearm to them for 10 + weeks ( I can't risk that legislation won't change illegaly in meantime and secret dictator Obama won't keep my property). So they said that if I fix the gun on my own ( the same gun that they built faulty from the factory) , then my warranty would no longer be valid if I took the firearm to a licensed gunsmith.... I went from loving the Shield Plus, to absolutely hating it over S&W customer service and the design of the interior of the frame. All it takes is for that exposed spring to come lose and you get totally screwed by S&W! DO not buy the Shield Plus, it is a lemmon out of the box. I wish I could upload a picture to prove it... Just search S&W Shield Plus won't dissassemble on youtube and you will see the multiple videos of frustrated people with the firearm....

Thanks for the warning, if the cost to fix it is too much it might be worth rsking a change in our rights to carry that has a low chance to change under a year. The part where they off the bat denyed the part's existance is concerning, and not out of charactor for a lot of gun companies. S&W is supposed to be different....sad
