You should check out Niall Horan's and Louis Tomlinson's solo stuff. I'm not recommending Liam and Zayn cuz I feel like they might not be your cup of tea, as they work in completely different style to Harry. But it's worth knowing that all five guys are doing their own thing, all (probably except Liam) write their own stuff in 100% of the catalogue, all five perform live amazingly (except Zayn who hasn't performed live since 2016 due to anxiety). And, just to be precise, Niall is the most musical guy of them all, he always played guitar in 1D, both recording albums and live performances, he did the same in his 2 solo albums. He said he never studied it properly though, learnt himself how to play guitar and piano via youtube. He also was the one who first taught Harry how to play guitar)) His style may be described as pop/country/singer-songwriter with Irish folk influence. Louis is brit-pop/indie rock, gotten a bit heavier in recently written songs, so he might be moving to rock genre in second album. Harry - variety of genres but what's constant is his 70's vibe. Liam - radio-ready quite successfull hip-hop hits, Zayn - r'n'b with vintage soul influences at times and he actually has 3 albums out by now. Regardless of the genre, they're all doing pretty well as solo artists, it's something that you never see from boyband alumni, usually one has breaktrough and no one even remembers the names of the others. That just proves they never were a typical boyband but general public never cared to look into it.

No he didn’t hit the right notes in the beginning. The first stanza didn’t go well like while saying ‘On a summer evening’ and the high note on ‘breath me in’ but later he controlled it well. But I love the song❤️
