The minimum price for Per square meter in any village in Goa, is Rs. 20,000/- per square meter of land.But in some villages close to beach is even Rs.45,000/- per square meter of land, Yes! Yeah Goa is really very expensive and Goa is peaceful and Goa is blessed.

Sir, get warned. Goa is becoming a Coal Hub for the Adanis. Thousands of trees have been cut down to quadruple Railway tracks for transporting coal to Karnataka which comes from Australia and is dumped at Marmagoa Port in South Goa. The BJP govt in Goa is just selling off Goa to the Adanis. The rivers are also going to be used to transport coal. Already many along the tracks of South Goa are suffering from Asthma attacks. Covid-19 has ripped through Goa. Very soon people will start dying of Coal Pollution. No one is buying land in Goa and thousands of Flats are just lying vacant. Flats are being sold at Distress Sale with no buyers. Nobody wants to reside in Goa. Very soon Goa's pollution will become worse than that of Delhi. Goans are fighting to Save Goa, but the BJP Govt is just trampling upon them, on orders from Delhi.

Property rates in Goa are expensive, Being goan I am telling you, and if even you get one at cheaper rates it will be either disputed, illegal occupied land of forest and communidade, or land with tenancy issues.

I take your videos seriously and lot of information that i find difficult in the open platform. I am interested in independent house with some space for growing vegetables buy inside good society. Where can i find such property in South Goa. I have heard that area close to Taj Exotica , Varca beach is quite good location . What are the rates there for a small independent house in society and please recommend few good societies in Varca beach area . Thanks

I am a goan bro and yes i agree many goan locals behave rude with tourists but there are many reasons behind it.There are many people who visits goa from all over india,some have even made goa their permanent home but the thing is with so many different types of people coming in crime rates in goa have increased drastically.Every day u will find some non goan involved in some sort of serious crime.Also many tourists who come to goa dont respect the rules and culture of goa,they drink on beaches and public property,drive and ride very recklessly on road, some tourists also behave inappropriately with some foreign tourists specially women on beaches forcefully touching them and asking them for photos and many more.... some have even grabbed goan people land who have settled aborad fraudulently on their names by bribing the authorities....also with so many people coming in people of goa are not able to get jobs as goa is so tiny compared to other states..some people also bribe authorities to get govt jobs...also many rich people who settle here bribe the authorities and build thier houses illegally near beaches and at places where they are not allowed to build.people think goa is what they see in movies but it is not so....In a tiny state where majority of the crimes and illegalities are committed by outsiders people of goa have started disliking non goans.

At St. Cruz I brought a flat in 2002 - 2003 at Rs. Four Lack Fourty Thousand. Just 2 kms from Panjim city and 3 Kms from Miramar beach. I am from Belgaum which is 130 kms from Goa.

Been watching your vlogs for couple of years now. You guys doing a good job. I'm happy that you settled in South Goa and making your daily earnings through different resources. But please be careful on advertising property sales on your channel. You might be hurting the sentiments of local people. Properties in the villlages are for locals and for their future generations. It's not nice for wealthy outsider's to come and buy property in other states just because they can afford.

To be frank, the Goans should not allow non Goans to settle there. Our local people have nothing and ultimately end up as slaves. Goa should be exclusively for Catholics and their Portugese culture. Sad to see how it is getting screwed up!! Trust me, one day you will find it hard to even find soro and sorpotel, as the ones who hate n despise Christians, will use muscle power, bully and ban our way of life

Let me refresh you sir, Goa is a small Land just for the minority ...it's not for sale as you mentioned ..it's a place for keeping it's traditional beauty and preserve its origin..it's an historical area a Dot so charming apart from the whole of India. We expect respectful people to live here ..there are Hindus , muslims & Christians apart from Sikhs & Buddhists and other tribes .. the influx of other state indians and destroyed this once beautiful land thrived. History that's wrapped by the Portuguese colonists etc. Bad & good things happened in the past.but nevertheless., We had Goa on rhe world Map speculation by many . Now it's destroyed by selfish motivated capitalist.. moreover the nearby states indians and dirtied our land ..you are welcome within the limits of peace respect and as a guest but will not be called a Goan a valuable name . There are a lot of complications with respect to properties in Goa... the documentation is also different... so if you have to buy you will have to be careful... documentation is to be traced to Portuguese times... and most importantly there are a lot of people have fraudulently transferred and buyer has been trouble... So far as bank loans are concerned that cannot be guaranteed 100% cause most of the time its managed by builders with banks... then you get in trouble...
