You are staying in such a nice location. In NCR or Mumbai, people pay lakhs more just to get a garden facing flatto see a small patch of greenery. You are literally living inside greenery and it will be very helpful for your long term health and your child will grow up in a more positive and simple society. You can consider organizing family tours to Goa by discovering the hidden locations suitable for family interested in natural scenery only, away from the commercialized places that cater to bachelors and party crowd.

I visited goa many times but this time I decided to get a Bnb and spent a month. Both my Bnb owners are goan . They were warm and welcoming . A friendly environment, spacious house, greenery , clean air, fresh fruits. I love Goa.
