So, do those odd-looking zucchinis taste different? My guess is they are a bit "woody" for the eggs, bread crumbs, and frying method. How do you prepare them?

Some folk make a lot of soups and sauces, bottled or frozen. I just throw them at folk that eat them. The Formation Courgette Eating Team can get through a lot everyday.
