Really interesting. I’ve been past there a million times but never been in. There was a Royal Mail plane hit the ground in Western Queensland many, many years ago, I should imagine it was a smaller plane though. My dad told me about it, he came from Longreach. My aunt, dad’s sister, was the first Qantas secretary. Dad told me some great stories about Qantas, but my dad was a great story teller so who knows how truthful they were. He’d be 106 if he was still alive but he did see the start of Qantas. Ta for a great video Deno. 🥰. PS. There’s another one of these at HMAS Albatross in Nowra.

That was a really interesting tour of the aviation museum. I went to the one up in Longreach QLD about 9 years ago

GREAT VLOG guys -Thank You. There is a great Video of the QANTAS 747-400 AIRCRAFT landing at the Airport and its new Home. The Captain, First Officer and Flight Engineer did a fantastic job, incredible skills as the aerodrome was not rated to have that size aircraft land.
