True. There is something wrong at most places were bosses and seniors are so sadists and literally treat juniors as inhuman and full of negativity and only torture for no reason. It starts from college ragging & goes into corporate set up. Load with work if no work just just keep them waiting not let them go, tired, depleted of energy.

It's high time the toxic work culture is put to an end. Sadly, this wrong mentally has gone into many well educated, highly qualified professionals - doctors, managers etc.. They say to people in 20s, 30s.. arey you guys r young u should only work and not thing of rest, sleep, food.. some body please tell them that it is nonsense & bring some humanity.

Indian superiors always wants to be called "sir" or "saheb". They always believe " sugarcoating" is better than "work proficiency". That's a drawback that the Boss Ego won't accept. Not just in corporate world, but everywhere it's the same. No wonder why people are leaving the country.
