half-bridge topology, you explained have low tolerance to low input voltage. Even with minimal load this topology will be unable to supply power from 90 V if nominal input voltage is 220V. Full range APFC preconverter is responsible for that (increasing input to fairly constant 400V DC). 90 to 240V worldwide input can be flyback topology, but its only 200W max.

mera ek smps 12 v /20 a ka cemera ka cp plus double transister laga huwa hai usme input v dc barabar hai lakin usme output 12 v ki jaga pe only 3 v dc milti hai part ic ke alawa sub kuch dekh liya lekin usme 12 v dc pura nahi niklta thoda chik chik awaj ata hai mero ko btaye isme ic ka problem hoga but usme main transformer input ac v ata nahi to kya kare?

अभि मैने देखा ओह mosfet नाही लेकिन नेट पे पढाणे वाले सब u ट्युबर उसे mosfet कहते है लेकिन वो triple diffused planar silicon transistor है , उसका function क्या है, स्वचिंग हैंतो किस स्वीचिंग. क्योकी में sm ट्रान्फॉर्मेर की स्वविचिंग तो दो ट्रांसिस्टर करते है

Sir I have HP 8440p laptop and as its battery degraded so I replace its faulty cells with good one but now my laptop is not accepting the battery as it showing " plugged in, not charging ". I come to conclusion that it might be driver problem inside the battery so what should I do now?? I didn't find any video related to my problem at your site. Need urgent help sir.
