Hi Harshit. This is an excellent video, with such a detailed explaination and ground level coverage of its effect. I am doing PhD in Astrophysics from IIT Hyderabad. In my masters from IIT Jodhpur (Rajasthan), me along with few of my friends, adopted 100+ saplings (in desert land of rajasthan) which were planted by the authorities of our institutions during plantation drive, but once the photos were taken and news were published, these saplings were left to die. We are proud that most of those saplings are now tall trees. :) Having this experience, i realised that we, as mankind, choose to look the other way. Even the government ignores and avoids to take harsh steps as they might loose the next elections. Thats how far the govt thinks. Yes a lot of meeting happen and treaties are signed, but we all are aware, and it has also being backed by many scientific papers, that we have another 10 to 12 years to control this. After that, the warming process will be in loop and mankind is doomed. I am still worried what to answer when I will be asked "where do you see yourself in next 5 to 10 years". The answer will depend on what all of us would do together. If we do nothing, i guess we all will be giving same answers in our interviews! 😀 Kudos for this amazing content again.
