I wanted to thank Dr. Alok Sharma. Who did surgery on my husband many many years ago He was critical but Dr save his life that time. He is no more now. In the Sion hospital Mumbai. Thank you, and God bless you.

@Ranveer, great podcast. Would like to know more on 1. Snoring (Reasons and solutions on how to stop)2. Sleep talking 3. Suddenly, in midnight we get up in a scary state , and then again fall asleep , why ? 4. Few people watch mobiles for hours before going to bed and still fall asleep immediately and start snoring however few people don't watch screen still struggle to sleep. Why ?

Hi Ranveer, thankyou for this podcast. I follow all your episodes since 2022 and I learned so much from your contents. Presently I am suffering from PCOS, I don't drink neither smoke or have rich foods on a constant basis, also am physically active, for the last 6 months I suffered from too much stress which is why my sleep cycle got disrupted big time , when I checked with doc and discussed to figure out the reason, the main reason which we both concluded is my lack of sleep for the last 6 months and then I realised how much important it is to get proper sleep

Kindly check your vitamin D level if u r not able to sleep properly feel tired all the time, muscles pain , laziness, hairfall, mental fatigue, low energy. I recently checked it and found insufficient 😢 Took pills and now feeling much much better Your energy level will boost up. Even after sleeping for 5.5. hr. I feel much energetic and fresh that i could not feel after sleeping for 8+ hours. Note : D levels interrupted the sleep cycles too. I hope it will help others. I was suffering from insomnia for last 2 years and now it ends.

Beautiful podcast, I am on sleeping pill after having late sleeping habit due to my VFX professional life. Unfortunately I watch all the podcast late-night, so is this, but trying to balance, looks tough but will happen. Mainly my heart blockage lead to sleeping pill since my sleep was important. Lots to mention but so far only this... keep going Ranveer, and your were more accurately interpreting and Dr was more conscious in explaining

During the next discussion with Dr. Alok, can you discuss polyphasic sleep, I.e. napping throughout the day and whether that is helpful or harmful, and does it help in optimising our efficiency? And also, does listening to nature sounds or different frequencies (alpha frequencies, beta frequencies etc) affect sleep, and if yes then how?

i have a different case of sleep , i can tell you about about it through my real life event------- when i was 12 years old i used to see my aged children climb the tree and i wanted to be that fast in climbing any tree , so i practized it a few times with my buddies help but couldnt beacuse of the height so i was so worked up regarding that , that when i went home and had a sleep i was litreally practicing climbing like a 1000 times in my dream i remembered every single detail of my dream i was just practising and practising and next day when i went to the same spot and tried climbing i got success on the first try and i was even faster than other friends who already did it for years . this incident was the first time i noticed such thing like that and this was not just it , i had these kinda experience many more times what is this called i am ver confused , but it has been very beneficial to me and i feel like i am being migrated to a different world with infinte time to practice and and i perfectly do it in real life

@ranveerallahbadia if you guys are doing podcast on sleep importance again….Not sure what category it will really fall but request you to please focus on aspects on women having disrupted sleep cycles, its causes and how they can improve that… I can see many women around me (including me) who are doing great in life, career they are tired physically and mentally but still unable to sleep well. This podcast was really helpful and I am looking forward to implementing the meditation techniques you have mentioned 😊
