It is not only a closest possible copy of legendary Rafi saheb and Lata ji in my opinion but also a master piece itself. Not only because both of them put their whole heart, mastery and the originality of the sentiments and melody of Rafi Saheb and lata ji but also because they sung it with ease and getting deep into the spirit of the song. My salute and best wishes for dear Anil ji and Neelima ji. Having said that, it is also important to salute the mastery of the whole orchestra, especially when it comes to heart catching flute play and tabla performance. This master piece performance certainly deserved such a great attentive and sober music lovers/audience. I congratulate the organizers of this program for staging such a heart touching musical presentation with a message for all musical lovers of the world in general and people of India and Pakistan in particular, that is: Please look at the combination of beauties in this heart touching song. From the mastery of beautiful lyrics, to musical composition to utmost height of musical singing of legendary Rafi saheb and Lata ji, when it is compiled to make it a master piece nobody pays attention that it was achieved together by all masters of music industry from different religion, culture and background. It is the perfect copy of the original one, one step ahead I may say that this song is better than original because with the advancement of technology the clarity of voice and stereo effect of the song is much more vivid . No body can beat Anil ji while singing Rafi saheb.. When it comes to "this song is better than original" I will say no and yes at the same time. You have a valid point. But think about it, if this technical advancement would have been available to Rafi saheb and Lata ji, what have been the further beauty and height of this song? I do not think any body can ever be better than Rafi saheb and lata ji. The balance of everything is perfect! Anil Bajpai’s voice, the mellifluous and mesmerizing flute, Neelima ji’s accompaniment, and the informality in which everyone is easily lost in the moment. Thanks so very much for sharing. I wished I could have been there.

Anil Bajpai has improved a lot during the last four years . Previously his voice was a little nasal. But now nothing like that is found. Rather he is best among those who sing Rafisaab's songs. Wish him further prosperity.
