There ids a video on the Life on the Ocean's Wave channel that shows what happened with the back wall and scaffolding and it was definitely not intended!, in the end they had to get the scaffolders to come and take down the rest as it was being supported by nothing!

Surely,if Woolworth's had followed Harte's there woudn'thave been Harte's signing on the building just before it was pulled down.
