With respect to the last question about certain groups consisting of people who are tired of listening and never being able to speak: while it may be their turn to speak, as it were, it is hard to imagine that they themselves are not seeking dialogical interaction where they speak, are heard, then the other speaks and they listen. It is hard to imagine anyone having the end game of simply speaking and not interacting with others.
