I really, REALLY miss AirTran. My childhood airline, I dreamed of flying for them when I was a kid. The Delta paintjob looks great on 717 but the AirTran livery will never be replaced in my mind.

Lovely wing flex on the Delta 777. I believe at this day they still ran the 747 on the NRT route so that was probably the Johannesburg. Nice video! Really busy airport but the new taxiway they have (I believe on the north pair of runways) that goes from a parallel taxiway around the end of the inner runway makes everything go faster, it's also very cool if you are on that taxiway when one of these heavy jets goes over. I had a 767-400 go right over on that taxiway.

LATAM (formerly called LAN) will start it’s inaugural service to Atlanta on October 29, 2023. They will fly from Lima to ATL. It will be operated three times a week.

Lot of people don't know that the Boeing 777 has a upstairs with 8 bunk beds for the crew to sleep. There is a door in the first class cabin area that leads upstairs
