Hooray. You finally found fendt. Best tractor you can get. 13 years old. Just run in at 8000 hours. When I was a contractor (custom) put 3600 on it in 3 years.

I think the Salford would be a great fit for your farm and a new 580 quad. The Larsons love the Salfords. Basically a vertical chisel in a sense.

FOR THE RECORD.... NATHAN at BORDER VIEW FARMS has stated in multiple videos his intrest in demo'n a SALFORD but like ''no one around....'' (he is on the border of Michagan and Ohio, up there west of toleeeeeedo.... eh... yea... just plantin seed... :) and ya that thing did nice work on your dirt!!! impressive!!

If you were going to chisel plow that field before which goes a lot deeper why only go 3 inches with this tool?

Vertical till only goes 2 to 3 inches to help prevent erosion by leaving the residue on the surface inside of fully turning the soil and burying the residue as well as leaving a smoother surface where a chisel plow leaves ridges that you have to use a disc or soil finisher to smooth the field before planting so it saves time and maintenance of equipment

OMG.... really ! You are stuck in the 1800's Language is ever evolving over time. Dsmn used to be a potty mouth word and now no one blinks an eye. Other words are just evolving to become part of our everyday vocabulary...... don't get hurt it's only a word !
