What really sucks is that her channel was taken down because of more DMCA claims but KZbin has to keep the videos for a period of time. I'm going to reach out to various legal people concerning the DMCA system and what remedies there are due to abuse because it was developed before social media Everything KZbin does is technically within the scope of the law. It has to be in order to keep their Safe Harbour protections. Had Mousey just filed replies then she wouldn't have these issues, but she values her privacy in the extreme and never since social media the online environment has only deteriorated to the point that people use various tactics to attempt to get one's address and name for the purposes of ruining another's life. I have no doubt that Vshojo will be going after the person responsible and proving that it was a fraudulent claim (may require a court case, but if fraud is proven then the channel can be reinstated and hopefully the person can get jail time. The course of action is to find out the real identity of the person making the claims as there is an industry of companies that file claims for a living on the behalf of creators. This is how IShowSpeed files claims for everything and makes a fool of himself because he doesn't want to understand or deal with the fact that fair use exists.
