It's in that awkward space where it's not what most people mean by "A Disney Movie", as Disney didn't create it, but when it comes to getting the rights to use anything from it, well, Disney owns those so you have to go through them, meaning it's either going to be included in the same contractual 'bundle' or it's going to be a pain in the butt to get, so from the point of view of any project Using it, well, it is indeed a Disney movie... Basically, you're going to get people jumping down your throat about it if you're not very explicit about what you mean buy "A Disney Movie" in any given context.

That does seem like a stretch to me also. Others are arguing about whether Rasputin counts as a Disney character, but it was Louie as a villain which stood out to me. It's all close enough.

My memory of the Jungle Book is hazy, but didn't the monkeys kidnap Mowgli to see King Louie? 🤔 Which would have probably been under his orders. But I agree. Since Shere Kahn didn't get a villain song, though, it's close enough. Though she could've also sang "Trust in Me" Kaa's song. But that's not really as upbeat in evilness as the rest of the villain songs.

There's no way Camilo is a villain, but Michi sang his part. Encanto doesn't even have a villain. The closest thing it has is Alma as an antagonist for most of the movie, unless you consider family dysfunction and general trauma a villain.
