A Video Essay about the ever talented Japanese author Haruki Murakami, and how we weaves jazz, classical music, and more into his work.
If you haven't read Murakami before, I would definitely suggest Kafka on the Shore, or Colourless Tsukuru Tazaki & His Years of Pilgrimage. Norwegian Wood is one of my favourites as well (as you might have been able to tell from the video).

Have you read Dance, Dance, Dance? If I'm not wrong, it's the book where music is more present.
