I thought doctors already knew this. Extreme poverty really is abusive to a humans physical and psychological wellbeing.

Sounds like Planned Parenthood and better birth control is number one priority- unplanned pregnancy, teens, addicts getting pregnant, will always cause extreme stress AND be poverty causing situations! This is interesting scientifically, but not going to affect change fast enough.

So more free welfare money to parents will make kids more intelligent and work harder? That's a very liberal idea!
