I would be curious as to how Professor Tribe sees the various laws in Utah. Utah is heavily influenced by the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints (Mormons.)

The main thing I took away from this was that Breyer very nearly fucked up their case.

Yes, if the context was 'post-Iraq oral discussion.' Was Breyer not specifically hammering the local authorities to consider the Sherman Anti-trust Act more? Relying on the attorneys to steer the argument as they [indeed] did? #(My personal memory reinforcement thought on 2nd viewing.) Edit: Yes, I think Breyer considered 'wanting' the local authorities to "report" a Sherman Act violation specifically at Harvard. And so the law would change gradually on a local level. Uck.

Worthy on the basis of name alone.

I do enjoy Professor Tribes take on how the Constitution applies to my daily life. I am very interested in Professor Tribes take on the corruption on the Supreme Court taking place. Senator Whitehouse is pushing for answers about Justice Thomas’s dealing with his rich benefactor. Thank you.
