Loving the videos, so used to 'small' farm things its go nice to see how a large farm operates, can not believe you take such a personal interest in so many different aspects of everything rather than just delegate and get reports. Managers from big companies could certainly learn a lot from your approach.

James and team, this is fantastic content. The way you are presenting your operation is outstanding and the operation itself is very impressive. James, the way you manage your team is a credit to you... you would be highly sought after employer. I can tell by the personal connection you have with your team that is shown on each video and your team's professionalism, competence and knowledge they show. I've been watching for the last week after discovering the content. Keep uploading. Have a safe and enjoyable harvest. From a Kiwi dairy and beef farmer.

love the videos. That drier is certainly much more advanced that when i ran one. Same principles though. I would get it all set up - then grandad would come in and start speeding it up behind my back and it would go out wetter or hotter than it should be. Just wonderful fun most of the time. (when i look back shovelling corn and putting malathiane dust on manually don't want to do that again!) keep going team.

Great video. Thank you for being so honest about the rape yields and the fact that once you deduct the areas taken out due to failure the outcome is probably negative.. I take inspiration from your positiveness and can do attitude.

Great videos, nice to see how other farmers do things. Work on a farm in Kent and we are still waiting for the osr to ripen, we planted it late to try and miss the flea beetle which we did thankfully , I think we will do the winter barley first if we can get a few dry sunny days.

Excellent informative video for agricultural and novice viewers. As a retired combine service engineer, I always look forward to harvesting videos. I know its a busy and stressful time of year for you, and appreciate the time it takes to produce quality video output. Relatively local to you (West Suffolk), but havent seen any combines working nearby yet. Keep up the good work and best wishes to you and all your team.

James, it is great to see you guys at the Harvest, exciting time yet it's all in reality, you are a great leader in all aspects of the tillage, your attitude and the overall look of the new combines, chaser bins, lorrys, your indepth knowledge is an asset, my late mother used to say: if you can't feed a man when he is working, how do you expect him to do work, and are your eyes bigger than your belly, it's mind over matter, I don't mind and the weight doesn't matter, James instead of your pudding, why not try, Natural Greek yogurt with local Honey mixed in it, it's the benefit at the end of the day eating it, Michael power county Waterford Ireland [Eire]

Absolutely, having used Lexions for best part of 20 years, must do a proper calibration, each machine needs to work separately and do half dozen tank fulls. A must at the beginning of the season and with new machines.

Good one James, n how arable farming works. , why the government don't subsidise osr as a break crop I don't know, its a challenge to grow, it's widely used by all of our population. We will import tons of vegetable oil, it's good winter cover for wildlife. and a food sauce for pollinators, ticks all the boxes of winter cover crops and feeds us,
