Good to see combine crackin on with Dad at the controls 💪 3.5 ton per acre seems a pretty good yield to me 👍 good to see the driver gettin his sustenance 😁 stay safe an well 👍

Cheers Bob, yes yields are surprising considering the dry weather we’ve been having 👍

3.5 on light ground is pretty good I would think this year given the dry weather. Great video!

Loved the drone shots and the Dad banter! No idea if you can enlarge the combine tank but I’d suggest asking Manners Combine Breakers as they might have second hands parts and know if it would fit yours. Probably would be more cost effective than getting new Claas parts. Their yard in Northumberland is worth a visit anyway- you’ll never see so many combines in one place.

We’ve never had it set up to be fair, but we’ve been saying for a while about getting JD star fire system installed on it 👍
@andrewyoung51842 жыл бұрын
@@NicksFarm right ok. The claas system is really easy to use. Just fold the arm up and and press go. We have a lexion and use ours all the time, it's usually pretty bang on and it's easy to use.

Your Dad is all head and no Tank 😂 he said your neighbours tank is 12000 litres surely he should be quoting Gallons ?
@adrianmoore91332 жыл бұрын
Why are you all chopping the straw ? This weather it would be easy to bale ?
@georgedoorley56282 жыл бұрын
yes but you would be better for the soil to incorprate it back as it will help to grow the next crop ......
@NicksFarm2 жыл бұрын
We don’t bale much as prefer to incorporate it back into the ground 👍
