The river of the kingdom was the first harvest song I ever heard. Yay.

Such an amazing album from my youth Very relevant today even. I was blessed to grow up in Gilmer TEXAS and it’s only about 30 minutes to Lindale where they were based and me and my sister and cousins got to go meet them at their studio. Very nice kind guys and full of love of God. Made a huge impact on me. Funny story my aunts old station wagon wouldn’t start and Jerry laid hands on the hood like he was praying for it to start and it started!! I’ll never forget it. Beautiful music and beautiful souls making it. 5:49

I remember seeing these guys at Central Assembly of God Church, in Grand Rapids, Michigan, back in the early 1980's. They were still a trio at the time, before Paull Wilbur left to pursue other musical ministry endeavors. I was a very new Christian, 17 years old, and fresh out of the Hard Rock scene. I sort of liked them, but it would be a couple of years before I could better appreciate their "mellow" style. I miss them.
