Harvest my loquat fruits May 2024

I have three trees of different varieties of medlar and today I think I have done the penultimate harvest. I started eating them in mid-March, gave away a bunch and even made jam out of them. It is a delicious fruit

Hi. How can i treat the dark parts that appear in the fruits? Thank you

I have not done any treatment the dark parts appear in the fruits. I think the fruits are damaged by the frost and didn’t get enough sun.
