Grayce is such a hardworking woman, not afraid of a hard days work. Definitely my kind of girl. Not to mention easy on the eyes. Much respect to this young Lady.

Grayce dear.... you gotta have someone find the air leak in the fuel system that is letting the fuel drop on that old Mack when it sets. You're gonna take your starter out from cranking so much.... Love your video. You are just an independent kind of a girl who takes things as they come with a positive attitude, and you just do whatever you have to to get things done. You rock girl farming!

50 years ago when I was attending Washington State University I used to love watching the Spring wheat harvest in the Palouse Country of Eastern Washington. It is full of big rolling hills of wheat. Watching the combines negotiating those hills was something to watch.

@@thefarmergrayceHey I just stopped back in to this video, and I forgot to ask---does that truck crank that long first thing in the morning even when it's warmer out ? Because I noticed when it very first starts cranking, it fires a few times then takes a while before it starts. I'm thinking maybe it's losing prime somehow ? Maybe the supply line from the filter to the injection pump has a leak and allowing the fuel to run back into the tank ? It's no biggie, but it's just using more battery and starter. I've had a few of those old Macks and I love them !

Haters got you fast forwarding through all the shifting, eh? Dunno if it helps but I've driven with and near a lot of sooper truckers and most that think they're good at "floating", ain't. Been driving since professionally trained (imagine!) 41 years ago and I double clutch when necessary. No shame. And you're actually doing it right, another rarity. Love that old R Model. Had a wild ride in one once when the throttle return broke. Took about a mile on level road to kill it with maxis pulled, standing on brake and hauling on the stop for all I was worth. Whew! Then I learned there are supposed to be TWO springs just in case. Keep on trucking!
