I think of harvesting olives. They put tarps under the tree and get the olives cleaner that way.

Tengo un azufaifo, también se llama jinjolero. Yo las como frescas, si sabor es parecido al de la manzana, un poco más ácido. Son jugosas y la piel cruje al morderla. Tienen un sólo hueso parecido al de las aceitunas. Sí vives en un clima templado puedes cultivarlo. Suerte!

@@amaliarubiopascual5734 Thank you for telling me about jujube, okay yes, I have heard before these are a bit like apples. I have a very large gardens that I love to grow plums and apples, but my winters are very brutal deep arctic cold at times and I am unable to grow even peaches. I do have crabapples though, some of these are very tasty.

Se antihigiénico el prosedimiento. seria muy bueno poner una lona para que no se llenen de tierra. y tal vez ahorrarian trabajo. y pensar que uno compra esos productos enbasados y ni sabemos como llegaron allí . si de manera limpia o sucia.😢

Tengo un azufaifo, aquí se comen frescas, antes de que se pongan arrugadas. En muchas fruterías de la costa mediterránea se venden. Nunca he visto tratar la fruta de esa manera. 😢
