Breadfruit nuggets ingredients
1 whole Breadfruit
1/4 cup coconut cream
2 egss
Salt to taste
Garlic powder
Black pepper powder
1 cup flour

Gumagawa din ako nang nuggets gawa sa langka at kamansi pinapalambot ko muna then slice nang shape like nuggets marinade sa spices lagyan nang flour and breadcrumbs before fry sarap para talaga syang chicken. 🤤

If you're going to sell that chips i would definitely hoard it. I have dietary restriction and fruit/ crop chips such as cassava and other tubers are the ones i can consume. I hope you can release some 😊

Now that's the KAMANSI isn't it?? . . . First time I see that it can be FRIED into chips!!. . . I love the dessert too, in gata with brown sugar, just like the PINAKRO my Mom used to make with unripe SABA . . . and what's really mind blowing is when boiled and mashed the fruit and turned it into NUGGETS just like simple meatballs I usually put in my spaghetti . . . so you just did a great job DAI !! . . . ⚡More Power!! ⚡

Breadfruit is rimas. Kamansi is like the round version of langka. I know rimas is usually sweetened. Gave us a different preparation for rimas. Looks delicious. Complete from ulam to desert. Thanks for sharing.

Kamansi is very different from kolo (breadfruit). They look similar but the inside and the taste are different.

They are 2 different things. Ang kulo very smooth ang skin ug ang color is chartreuse, while kamansi has very rough skin and very green ang color. Also ang texture sa meat inside is also different. Kulo has very smooth texture as you can see like cassava or camote while kamansi is very rough inside. Mostly some people just boil them if rice is not available specially during typhoon season.
