You can make pumpkin raviolis using the wanton wrappers made of rice so they r gluten free. They r very tender, I made a sage and butter sauce for them years ago. Very yummy. I make pumpkin cookies every fall, my family loves them.

Man those broccoli crowns are just beautiful. All the veg are so nice. One thing about the pumpkin. I don’t think there’s a safe recipe for purée. The only canning recipe I’ve seen is for chunks. But check your recipes for sure. I want o do some tomato salsa and hot sauce too. The hot sauce is for my daughter. Plus I have a lot of tomatillos. Still looking for ideas for that. I think I can make a salsa with them. See you next week! 😊

Thanks! My mom just told me the same thing about pumpkin purée: you’re right. I might freeze purée, because I’d really like to have some for pumpkin bread and pie. I’m jealous you’ve got tomatillos; mine didn’t do well at all. I pulled them out and I’ll just try again next year. Have a great week 😊

Thanks! I do my garden projects/filming each week on a day when my mom can take my kids for a couple hours, so sometimes I just make things happen despite the weather.
