Harvesting Kale Seeds From my Organic Garden

It is easy to harvest a lot of kale seeds from plants that have bolted. I like to let the pods dry out on the plant and then strip the pods off.

They wewe from plants that overwintered...so they are second year plants I guess!

You're lucky I was never able too get Kale to form seed pods. Any tricks to share was this formed in 1 season ? I am located in zone 5...
