Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) is not an exciting topic for anyone but it is important to think about safety especially in a hobby the carries a lot of danger with it. Let's face it, melting metal and pouring it is dangerous!
In this video, I show you what I consider to be the minimum requirements for melting metal and pouring. Please be careful and don't hurt yourself!

Safety first 👍an apron and safety shoes with top covers are a good idea. When smelting copper, arsenic gas is released. A respirator or superior ventilation is recommended 👍

not a bad idea...some people leave their shoes or boots loose so they can jump out of them...I'm not sure about that though, I think it would make me trip too much.
