Thanks so much for the tips. MERRY CHRISTMAS. I have been fermenting pomegranates in Tupelo honey. So delicious in it's "meadiness" and the color is glorious. Aldi's had Sweet Potatoes for $.59 cents a 3# bag yesterday, So I bought lots to can to make up for my lost crop. Again, MERRY CHRISTMAS!
