You should look into nadapenos & habanada. They are not spicy & might be good in a milder Swanky sauce.

I love having my own beef/bacon in the freezer. Another thing I miss about living on a farm. I always buy 2 Swanky's when I buy them, just in case. Can't wait for the raffle! Love you guys!! 💜💜

Yes you can over winter peppers and you will get more peppers and sooner as the plant will be more established. Lots of videos online but essentially cut all the branches to right after the 1st leaf node after a stem branches but the plants cannot be in freezing weather so even in our greenhouse overnight in winter will be bad. You need to move them inside or basement with a light or near a window. Good luck! (And I LOVE Swanky mild..,can almost drink it it’s so good).

Aaron, don't even give it a second thought about not creating videos or one take wonders every day. This will give you more time with Liz and the kids. I am glad that you used gloves while handling the hot peppers. I unfortunately had to learn the hard way. My hands were on fire.❤

I'm sad to say that I have a Swanky bottle that dates from when Moo was still with us - never opened. I've never tried Swanky sauce.

Instead of a dry rub--Dehydrate them and crunch em into something you can shake on your pizza. I’ve done that and mix it with dry jalapeño. Hot but good!
