I’d never seen eggplants that look like that, especially like a purple pumpkin! You only see the one variety in grocery stores, you all know what I’m talking about. I thoroughly enjoy these Blue Goose Farm because I learn so much about what goes into farming our foods we eat.

This show is therapy. It instantly takes me back to watching public tv or shows of my childhood that had learning segments where the host takes a field trip somewhere and gives you a life in the day of that person's job and makes you appreciate someone's day to day and how they impact the entire world. Having grown and harvested potatoes for the first time, Matty is so right about how good a potato can really taste, fresh from the garden/farm. You have given me some great tips on how to support both tomatoes and eggplants as well as companion planting ( turning 4 beds into 8 ) Look forward to your next video.

Grow Late season Green Beans for a late Fall harvest. Here in Kentucky, I've quit growing Spring/ Summer Beans, because they get heat stress. The Sweetest and best tasting green beans are grown in cool conditions. Also, Beans are fix nitrogen in your soil, so they're great to grown in alternate corn beds. Grow green beans in your corn beds next year.
