Looking amazing at 70! We really enjoyed this interview and getting to know Dan a bit. We know him best from Frasier which is one of our very favorites to this day.

This was an awesome interview. Mr Butler is such a versatile actor it was great to hear about his roles and didn't know he was from that particular part of the (Midwest area).

Dan is such a versatile actor. I recognize so many of the shows, movies and plays you mentioned in opening. He has represented the gay community wonderfully in his performances. Loved him as Bulldog!

That’s very kind of you. Thank you so much. Although Dan was pleasant and forthcoming in answering my questions, I didn’t feel that I established any kind of emotional connection with Dan in the same way that I did with so many other guests, so your positive feedback is very much appreciated.

Yes, i can see exactly what you mean, he was a bit tighter than some of your past guests. Very nice guy but definitely a little tighter if that’s the word ? Nevertheless you still knocked it out 👍

Butler could give lessons on how a person can decide they are not going to say anything negative, then execute this in a natural way with finesse. Only once does he get close (additional filming), but catches himself. Sometimes people do this and it is so obvious that cumulatively the talk gets tinny and fake-sounding. Not Dan, who knows just how to pull this off.
@harveybrownstoneinterviews89802 күн бұрын
Yes he’s a real pro. Not warm and fuzzy like I’m used to from most of my guests, but definitely a real pro
