Have you ever heard of a media story about rape in your area aside from big ones like this story? My husband and I were having a conversation bc of law and order SVU and he truly believed that there must not be any rape in our area. I told him that’s bc there is no awareness of rape, therefore no news about it, but that doesn’t mean there is no rape in our area. We live in a big city btw. Food for thought.
