Guess you haven't seen the 2nd episode. SPOILER: Yeah, the argument was so bad that Jen was a shoo in for a win -- until she rescued the jury from a surprise attack from Titania, and a mistrial was declared because nobody thought the jury could be impartial after having their lives saved by one of the attorneys.

I had the same reaction when he called Daredevil's (would-be) closing argument in The Trial of Frank Castle "unrealistic", without taking into account the fact that Foggy literally tells Matt off for likely throwing their whole defence with his stunt. @@nicripolas816 You mean how she is instantly proven wrong the next episode or how Bruce having mental health problems, a split personality and possibly PTSD makes him worse at dealing with anger because the symptoms of PTSD include iritability, anger outbursts and paranoia all of which take a lot of time to get over and Jen doesn't need to deal with any of that, so of course she'd feel like she can handle the stresses of lawyer life, since that's what she's been doing for a long time now and she doesn't want to be a superhero?

I am eagerly awaiting a full reaction/analysis video of all Jenn’s courtroom appearances. I really enjoyed the courtroom scenes in the last episode (the DA vs the shape shifting elf.) Hopefully the Legal Eagle will take on the She Hulk - and win.

That one was just bizarre. Especially the judge in a civil trial summarily sentencing the defendant to jail time for impersonating the judge. Not a lawyer, but I was under the impression that a prosecutor would need to be involved, along with the right to request a jury trial.
