sec 1 (3) mam, kndly consider it, you have given a mixed interpretation which is some where confusing and not clear.

okay..let me make this clear... There are two points which you have to keep in mind - 1. The construction of building must have completed either after the commencement of this act or on the date of commencement. 2. This act will not apply to such buildings for a period of ten years to be counted from the date of completion of construction of building.
