People keep asking about my health. I spend three hours a day preparing what I eat. I reject anger and negative thoughts as best as I can. I try not to let any symptoms cause anxiety. I exercise daily. And that has all helped the itching a bit but....I've got this problem of cold body parts that started as just my outer thighs and is spreading and it's getting very scary as I can't sleep unless I basically pass out.
Has anyone had this problem? How did they fix it? What can I test (like I have with TS3 levels) that could be really high or low that could be causing the problem?
