I'm not sure about 5% or 10% but what i can surely say that poverty has drastically decreased in 10 years...Before 10-15 years, hardly anyone has a motorcycle in my village but now almost 90% households own bike, more than 20% owns car. Before 10 years there was just 1-2 government or private jobs in my village but now more than 20 government and lots of well paying private jobs are there.
