Please there is no court in Ghana that will say a judge has gone to a funeral. Judges work Mondays to Fridays and when they take sick leave a replacement judge is posted there. Judges only take vacations between August and October each year. During that time vacation judges are available to keep the courts running. Your lawyer is the one prolonging your case to keep getting paid the judge will keep adjourning the case until all parties agree on the terms of the divorce.
