I don't speak spanish but if i remember correctly, you can put on captions and it translates to english. Dr eggman called metallix an idiot because the master emerald contains too much power and that it would destroy him, metallix didn't care, he sacrificed himself to seal sonic.exe, eggman began to respect his creation after all that he did.

Metallix used the hyper form which egg man said him using all that power would tear him apart, and that form was the best chance at forcing exe into the master emerald and as the area was crumbling he used chaos control to get egg man to safety, so now metallix is trapped alongside exe, however after time metallix will run out of power so least it'd be able to rest

Sonic.EXE is canonically immortal and cannot be harmed, and the one time he WAS harmed (When he began to bleed from his eyes) he laughed at it. So, it isn't because he can't keep up with Metallix and Fleetway, it's just that he knows they can't harm him, and even if they do, he's a masochist so it doesn't even matter. So the only reason it looks like they're winning is because he's letting them
