King boo being the king of sucker punches was the direct counter to someone so prideful and weak minded villain like infinite (he literally goes from the npc that is supposed to give you all the equipment since the start of the adventure while you are fighting his second right hand man (in Luigi’s mansion 3) Instead of helping he prefers to just kidnap all your allies by himself and the only reason he got defeated is because Luigi has already 3 games of experiences and a literal inmortal clone of himself helping mid fight And fun fact (he can control tech too but prefers a more direct strategy)

Fun fact: the creator said Infinite survived, but was questioning his existence. Also, the reason why the thwomp hit so hard was because Infinite was increasing gravity for Bowser's side, and if it was heavy enough to keep Bowser in place, imagine the force of that on a thwomp.

I respect the win, I just have problems with Infinite and metals scalings. Like Infinite is way faster and stronger then demonstrated and metal could've defeated Bowser, but I understand why they didn't go too far bc metals been shown to be less obedient at that power

The chaos Esmeralda are universal+ and the grand star is universal in regular But there’s the thing Bowser powers work stacking on each other he uses the Star to upgrade his powers Not his powers to use the stars And for some reason he has rage boost that is literally considered a new form (aside dark fury)

In that way I see him overpowering metal sonic without using things like the dream stone(multiversal and more) the Star rod (universal but also reality warping at the same time and also infinite power) wonder flower (only reality warping but universal level) And even dry bowser is stronger than base boswer with stronger magic and powers

Okay, here's the thing, he really couldn't. Bowser's magic could warp reality, time, and space, and reality alone is something beyond Metal. Plus, he didn't stand a chance in power, given with the wish stone and fury. He may have been faster, but Bowser is also WAY harder to kill. His magic works on his own corpse, making it questionable if he can die by conventional means. Metal, on the other hand, can be destroyed. As for Infinite, he's not a fighter. His strength lies in the illusions, which doesn't alter the real reality. On the other hand, Bowser, Kamek, and King Boo's magic does. using only physically comparisons means nothing. And finally, despite his own thinking, he doesn't have the free will that allowed for more creative combat like Bowser and his army.

Oh, almost forgot. Since there are more power stars and grand star than chaos emeralds and they have almost similar levels of power, he could definitely match Super Neo Metal and absolutely trump overlord.
