I won't give criticism to gambhir for 1 series but he must understand odi and t20s are different things gambhir is successful in t20s becoz he makes this format unpredictable by switching the bowlers and position of batsmen but in odis u r doomed to failed with such strategies Second there is nothing like miya magic and all it was just an 1 time magic in 6 matches that siraj played in srilanka he was really average in short he is not a white ball player Third nobody can own srilanka better than rohit sharma even virat sometimes is really vulnerable against them in their yard Fourth dubey,Parag is not an odi material and Iyer is playing on the basis of kkr favouritism ,we needed jadeja as a bowling allrounder in this pitches better than ever Fifth keep gill and pant out of indian cricket it is better to have tuk tuk kl rahul than unpredictable pant after accident his batting and fitness is a disaster we don't need players who fires once after 10 matches..

Bilkul sahi analysis. Gambhir is a T20 coach. 50-50 is a very different format. You need specialized batsmen with solid technique. Can’t import IPL players into 50 the over team. Problem is that in Indian cricket IPL has become the benchmark to select players for the national team instead of domestic cricket.
