blunder kya tha. China betrayed...even if we had gone to war willingly and prepared, it was less likely to win war at that time. Our weapon were outdated compared to China. That was because we were on non-aligned side. US was not on our side. Russia was helping as much he could but they will also not help us when it come to China. China-Russia relations are much deeper to just toss around it for some third party. but sometimes there are positive things hidden in tragedies. Remaining non-aligned that time has given India a strong foothold on global stage at present, we are kinda a pole of power in itself than being on side of other poles. You can never judge past actions properly in present as lots of situational factors affect decision at a particular point. when knows maybe many more of us, if were in that position, would have done same. Sometimes our goodness hurt us. We trusted a neighbour because we wanted good relation with them. we can't blame ourself for being good
